We created this event for a client with a goal to activate and unite the employees.
We conceptualized, planned and executed.
GPS based quiz
Hiking through a nature reserve collecting steps and answering questions to learn more about the employer.
Tipi tent event area
All decorations borrowed and returned after event. Bar/seating inside tent and games outside, darts and giant mikado game with ski poles.
Social cooking
The group prepared and cooked their own meal to build team spirit and create a great memory. We used Muurikas to cook the food.
Live music
We had a two-man band for the entertainment. The band has competed for the Swedish ESC - tryouts. They also provided a music quiz.
Sustainability
We borrowed and rented everything that we could. What we couldn't rent we bought the most environmentally friendly alternative. For example, all the plates and cutlery were made of wood rather than plastic. The generators for the electricity ran on aspen alkylate gasoline. All the cans for soft drinks/beers were recycled and the proceeds donated to charity.
We are adventus
A small niche MICE travel agency, specialized in providing tailor made trips with a focus on active trips. By active we mean that there needs to be an element of physical activity, and that can be hiking, skiing, biking, rafting or similar. We believe that is where the real connections between employees happen.
